MDA's fifth ”Leadership in the Community” workshop

Following the second Lebanon war, and as a part of MDA's humanitarian task within Israel, the organization puts efforts for establishing the infrastructure for humanitarian response in times of war or disaster. Hence, MDA, in cooperation with the Federation of the Red Cross (IFRC), has initiated a three-day workshop series, aiming to train its volunteers and employees to be leaders in their community. The later will be MDA's contact persons to the community in times of distress, identify the population's immediate needs, to ensure its security and relief.

The workshops are the fruits of the generous donation of "Coca Cola", which was transferred to the American Red Cross, designated to support the Middle Eastern countries that were effected from the 2006 crisis – Second Lebanon War.
The fifth workshop will take place between 16-18.9, at "Daniel" hotel, the Dead Sea.
