More training at MDA

In the last week of June there was a training course for the National Disaster Response Team (NDRT) of Magen David Adom.

The objectives of this team are to fulfill the tasks of Magen David Adom as a Red Cross Society - to carry out an assessment of the needs for humanitarian help following a disaster, to prepare a plan of action and to coordinate the activities of units and aid from the IFRC (International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent) and National Societies coming to Israel as a result of a disaster and a request from MDA.
