"A delegation of 23 Indonesian doctors, nurses, paramedics and psychiatrists has arrived for a two-week workshop on management of multi-casualty incidents, sponsored by Magen David Adom (MDA) and the Center for International Cooperation (MASHAV). They will visit hospitals and join MDA staffers on ambulances to learn about a variety of emergency skills in which MDA has much experience. They will also attend a workshop on earthquake preparedness; since Indonesia has experience with this kind of natural disaster, the Israelis will learn from them." (Written by Judy Siegel)
